The following information is made available as a courtesy to realtors and title companies to facilitate the listing and potential sale of properties within Hiwan:
 
1. Dues: $100 per year, assessed annually, due in January of each year.

2. Trash collection, maintenance, water and sewer fees are not included in annual dues.

3. There are no Special Assessments.

4. The Association has no right of first refusal.

5. There are no working capital/reserve accounts associated with any properties in Hiwan.

6. Stock certificates are not issued to homeowners.

7. Upon sale of any property in Hiwan, a transfer fee of $100 is due at closing.
